Love the family friendly & staff so friendly.
The room service is think. We ask for bucket of ice. It didnt come at all. And the restaurant, order a jug of beer, no glass. Waited for it. Still didnt come, we have to go counter and get it ourself. Morning brekfast, we family of 5 (need baby chair) git a set of 4. So squeezy. Uncomfortable to seat and eat in peace. So ya. The rest was good. Didnt receive the waterpark pass until the last day! But we going home. So too bad.

We had a very wonderful time and experience with Hard Rock Hotel. Will definitely return here again for a longer stay to
The room is clean and big. Easy access to the adventure waterpark. There’s a vending machine located near the Hotel Guest’s entrance to the adventure waterpark which sells medications like vapour rubs, panadol, etc. Convenient and don’t have to travel out to get medications.

I have to no regrets booking the stay and will do it again.
Breakfast staff were fantastic. The young lady at the counter controlled the crowd and was very good in her work. The guys were preparing the tables and using walkie talkie to direct people to their prepared tables. VERY ORGANISED!!!!
I stay not on the 15 to 16 dec. 2023 but from 12th to 16th December 2023. The invoice was observed with an error of RM$4,880 for laundry. The front desk did not check the invoice and then since the invoice was large amount, the manager was called and also checked by the manager. The invoice was signed on the tablet and was paperless but the font was small and Later on I realised of the error. This was immediately corrected by the staff and all was rectified. But what I see is the staff whilst screening the invoice was not trained to capture or spot this error. This is not to accuse anyone but awareness whilst screening. Thank you.
